Bree Blevins
Bree Blevins, a proud Portland native, is a fresh and exciting addition to the staff at Ballroom Parkrose. For over 17 years, she has pursued dance as both a career and a personal dream. After graduating in 1997 from the University of Oregon (Anthropology and Dance studies seemed a perfect match!), Bree plunged wholeheartedly into the Ballroom Dance world. Garnering titles in Arthur Murray’s prestigious 2002 World Dance-O-Rama, Bree is extremely proficient in American Smooth and Rhythm.
Bree specializes in social and competitive dances in all styles. Her charm and good humor, combined with expert teaching skills, make learning to dance fun and exciting. As with all good teachers, Bree’s goals are to help beginners feel comfortable, and ALL students advance their dance dreams to the highest levels.
To further her career and continue her education, Bree participates in professional competitions all over the United States, and actively trains for professional teaching and judging credentials in International, American and Theater Arts Styles.
Ballroom Parkrose and the entire Portland dance community are fortunate to have Bree contribute her skills and enthusiasm so generously.
